Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)

The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid waiver program designed to support children with complex medical needs by providing in-home care at no cost to qualifying families.

Through GAPP, your child can receive skilled nursing, personal care, and daily assistance in the comfort of your own home — allowing families to maintain routines, reduce stress, and focus on what matters most.

Who Qualifies for GAPP?

  • Children under 21 years old

  • Diagnosed with a qualifying medical condition

  • Eligible for Georgia Medicaid

  • Residing in a GAPP-approved service area

Not sure if your child qualifies? We'll walk you through the process with patience and clarity — no pressure, just support.
